Each of our Made to Order items is carefully crafted just for you, making every piece unique.

Faulty or Damaged Items: If your item arrives faulty or damaged, we’ll gladly provide a replacement or full refund. Please notify us within 30 days of delivery so we can resolve it quickly.

Change of Mind: Because each item is made to order, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind.

Return Shipping: Customers are kindly asked to cover return shipping unless otherwise arranged for faulty items.
