Our heavyweight items feature durable 10 oz fabric construction, offering superior quality and longevity compared to standard weight garments. They're designed to maintain their shape and comfort wash after wash.

Are your embroidered items high quality?

Yes. All embroidered logos are professionally stitched with premium thread for lasting quality. The embroidery won't fade, peel, or crack like printed designs.

Sizing & Fit

How do I choose the right size?

We recommend checking the size guide on each product page. Our unisex items follow standard UK sizing. If you prefer a relaxed fit, consider sizing up. For our oversized hoodies, the fit is intentionally loose and dropped at the shoulders.

Are your products true to size?

Yes, our products follow standard UK sizing. Our unisex items are designed to fit all genders comfortably. Women's specific items like our relaxed fit tees and crop hoodies have tailored sizing detailed in their product descriptions.

What's the difference between Regular Fit and Oversized?

Regular fit follows classic proportions with a comfortable, standard silhouette. Oversized styles feature dropped shoulders, a relaxed body, and extra room throughout for a contemporary, laid-back look.

Can I exchange if the size doesn't fit?

Not at the moment.

Select rushFront items are produced only after you order them, reducing overproduction and waste. While this may add a few days to delivery, it ensures we're not creating excess inventory that harms the environment.

Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Standard UK delivery typically takes 3-5 business days. Made-to-order items may require additional production time. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we primarily serve the UK market. Please contact us for international shipping inquiries.

What if my item is out of stock?

You can sign up for back-in-stock notifications on any sold-out product page. We'll email you as soon as the item is available again.

Care Instructions

How do I care for my rushFront items?

To maintain quality: wash inside out in cold water, tumble dry low or hang dry, and avoid harsh detergents. Organic cotton items may shrink slightly after the first wash. Detailed care labels are included with each garment.

Will embroidered logos fade?

No. Our embroidered designs are highly durable and won't fade, crack, or peel with proper care. They're designed to last the lifetime of the garment.
